Personal PhotoLee Williams brings 18 years of solid mortgage banking, investing and real estate expertise to Keller Williams and our clients. Throughout his award-winning real estate career, Lee has gained an indispensable understanding of issues facing the housing market, the mortgage finance industry, including a successful specialty in foreclosures and short sales (REOs). He has nearly a decade of professional experience in finance sales and real estate development, as well 10 years of valuable consumer and mortgage lending leadership experience.

Before coming to Keller Williams, Lee founded a team of commercial and residential lenders in the Northern California real estate market and created Building Wealth Magazine, a leading resource for Realtors, clients and investors. Prior to breaking into the Northern California real estate market, Lee worked as a top-earning licensed agent\sales representative\loan officer for Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle, Washington, and as a leading home mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Oakland, California.

He honed his excellent business leadership and client service skills as a financial services consultant in the high tech industry at several San Francisco area technology leaders, including IBM/Lotus, Actuate and Siebel Systems. Lee earned his degree in business administration and management from the University of Washington.

Lee’s lifelong passion for helping others in need, particularly at-risk teens and individuals diagnosed with cancer, has taken him on an exciting journey from the inner city streets of San Francisco to the ruins of Machu Picchu, 8,000 feet above Peru. It was atop Huayna Picchu that Lee culminated his quest to raise $300,000 in research funds for cancer treatment advances for the Love Hope Strength Foundation, but his mission to “make a difference” is far from over.

He continues to volunteer for Power to the Peaceful, a non-profit dedicated to educating people about the values of social justice, nonviolence and environmental sustainability. Lee is also on the Board of Directors of BassCamp, an organization focused on exposing inner city youth to inspiring alternatives to violence and poverty. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Hunters Point Family, a youth development agency that provides holistic educational, social, and enrichment programs to youth in the primarily African American Bayview Hunters Point community of San Francisco.

Lee’s outstanding community service outreach also includes hands-on volunteer work with the following organizations: the Special Olympics; Big Brothers and Sisters, the United Negro College Fund and Kiva’s “Loans That Change Lives” program.

Lee is an accomplished kite-boarder and avid scuba diver, skydiver, wake-boarder and snow-boarder. He has traveled extensively for pleasure, education and business throughout Europe, China, Asia Pacific, Australia and across North and South America.

In April 2007, Lee appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show as San Francisco’s “most eligible bachelor.” He currently lives in nearby San Pedro.
